**Attention: Please note any netbook ordered prior to December 15th was not advertised as including WIFI capability. Although some units did include WIFI capability, Pro Source Wireless is unable to provide tech support to enable WIFI on these units. If you would like to enable your device for WIFI, please contact a local support tech in your area.**
If your item arrives DOA (Damaged On Arrival or Damaged in Transit) : If there is visible damage to the shipping carton when the product arrives, immediately inspect the contents before signing and accepting the shipment. Ask the driver to file a Damage Claim. If the product is damaged inside the shipping carton and no visible damage is on the outside of the shipping carton, call the delivery service (USPS, Fedex or UPS) and file a Concealed Damage Report immediately.
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of date of receipt and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges are free.
You must return the item in the exact same condition when sending it back for a refund or an exchange. This includes packaging and accessories. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box next to the return address. The returned item must be received at Pro Source Wireless' Return Center within 10 days for the Return Authorization to be valid.
Returns received with invalid, expired, or no Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers. Warranties and shipping will not be refunded. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this site.

We understand that you may want to cancel an order on our website. Any orders that are canceled will be charged a cancellation fee up to 25%. Warranties and shipping will not be refunded. Orders can not be canceled during peak of the Holiday Season
Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed as follows. Once we receive your exchange, we then will process your request and mail out your exchange. Processing may take up to 48 hours. Due to inventory control we do not cross ship items.
